Sealed Air are a $7.7 billion diversified industrial company operating from over 200 locations Worldwide.

Part of the problem their innovations team identified was the cost of training, troubleshooting and supporting clients across a large geographical area with a range of technical teams and product ranges.

The solution was, using Harmony technology, to create an augmented reality framework to identify their products on site and allow customer staff to train themselves, identify problems and engage with a newly created support ticket system with message and photos.
